Cholargos, Athens

This project involves the renovation of a ground-floor residence from the 1970s, located in the Cholargos area. The residence has been upgraded to be fully energy-efficient, while simple forms dominate the interior, with large glass surfaces surrounding the open-plan living and kitchen area.

The design also reconfigures the outdoor space, enhancing the connection between interior and exterior. A parking space and two outdoor seating areas on either side of the residence are integrated into the layout, transforming the back space of the site into a private, inward-focused courtyard.
