A radical renovation is underway to transform this 1970s first-floor apartment in Palaio Psychiko, with a complete reimagining of both its interior and exterior spaces. The interior layout is being entirely redesigned to create a modern, functional living environment, and the apartment will be reconstructed with a focus on sustainability, aiming for full energy efficiency.

At the same time, the building’s facades are being carefully reworked to harmonize the original architectural elements with newly planned large glass windows. These windows will maximize natural light, enhance ventilation, and frame panoramic views, blending aesthetics with functionality.
