The Modern Heights project involves the reformation of a complex including three independent homes in Paleo Psychiko, a green suburb near the city center.

This ambitious endeavor seeks to reimagine traditional morphological principles and seamlessly blend them with the surrounding environmental context, shaping a dynamic and contemporary architectural narrative.

The three residences have an imposing view of Athens due to the intense slopes which are located upon the site. They are redefined through a contemporary architectural eye, and aim to create bioclimatic homes with minimal consumption of energy,

A modern architectural narrative is created by harmonizing the homes with its natural environment by adding planted balconies and combining various materials, such as glass, metal, marble and wood.
