Project Code: 2606

Palaio Psychiko, Athens

The project involves the complete renovation and redesign of an existing residence in Palaio Psychiko, with the aim of creating a contemporary living environment.

The new architectural composition redefines the building envelope and spatial organization, with an emphasis on clean geometries, expansive glazing and the connection between the interior spaces, outdoor areas and landscape. At the same time, the entrance area is redesigned as a key element of the new composition, creating a new identity and arrival experience for the residence.
