Project Code: 2105

Melissia, Athens

Melissia Five is a new construction building, consisting of two maisonettes, one on the ground floor and one on the third floor, as well as two floor apartments in between.

The architectural vision is brought to life through expansive openings strategically integrated to achieve the coveted energy class A+ rating, while double-height spaces elegantly enhance the interior ambiance.

These design elements not only foster an abundance of natural light but also facilitate a harmonious dialogue between the interior spaces and the natural vistas surrounding the area.
